Noël is a Principal in KPMG’s Global Mobility Services (GMS) tax practice based in Dallas, Texas. She has 25+ years of experience advising her clients on solutions around managing a global workforce.
Noël’s clients span many industries including publicly and privately held clients with small to medium-sized expatriate populations. Her clients are in the Energy, Technology, Transportation, Consumer Markets and Industrial Markets industries. Noël assist companies who have a global workforce and need assistance to manage the tax, HR, risk and financial impact of sending employees around the globe. Noël’s expertise is to help companies develop a cohesive strategy around global mobility using best practices and by leveraging technology. Her team advises on the individual and corporate tax implications of sending employees across international borders including the financial and accounting impact and helps with tax and social security compliance matters in the US and around the world. This approach allows her to engage with companies to develop policies for moving human capital from country to country to meet business demands – helping them benchmark their programs to remain competitive and manage risk.
Noël is a frequent speaker and trainer at local, national and global expatriate business organizations, including the Forum for Expatriate Management.
Noël is active in KPMG’s diversity networks including sponsoring KPMG Network of Women (KNOW) in Dallas, TX where she organizes and hosts events to mentor young women with the purpose of retaining women, achieving gender equality in the workforce and encouraging women to pursue leadership positions.
