Kristin joined CBRE in the Fall of 2014 and serves the Greater Portland Metro Area including Southwest Washington. She has 11+ years of experience in commercial real estate with a strong history in Tenant Representation of clients in the technology industry. Kristin has represented companies ranging in size from start-up to publicly traded and has participated in over 3 million square feet of transactions. She has assisted with all aspects of commercial real estate requirements including workplace strategy, relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, expansions, and financial/market trend analyses. Kristin strives to deliver the most advantageous transaction for each of her clients, always with the highest level of ethical standards leading the process.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kristin spent eight years with JLL and five years with Cushman & Wakefield. She has worked on numerous high-profile clients in the Portland market. Over the years, Kristin has worked diligently to distinguish herself as a knowledgeable and honest professional who can translate her clients’ requests into the ideal work environment for their business.
