Brian has extensive experience in the leasing and repositioning of assets to maximize value. His portfolio contains multiple success stories of deeply discounted purchases and subsequent lease-up to stabilization—outpacing the market in net absorption. Brian’s property teams have consistently been recognized by tenants and industry groups alike for their distinguished customer service and superior working relationships with corporate vendors.
With 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Brian is responsible for the performance of 18 million square feet of commercial properties in the United States and a management and leasing team of more than 200 professionals. Prior to his tenure at Unico, Brian spent 10 years in varying roles in real estate development and brokerage throughout major markets on both the East and West Coasts, including five years as a real estate broker with The Staubach Company in Washington, D.C.
