Mark has nearly two decades of experience assisting middle-market, private equity-backed, and public companies located across North America. His industry experience includes manufacturing, for-profit healthcare, construction and development, and transportation. He has supported clients on federal and multi-state tax compliance and consulting engagements, domestic tax reporting of both in-bound and out-bound international transactions, and has provided consultation and review of income tax provision calculations under ASC 740.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Tennessee. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is the President of the Knoxville Choral Society and an Alumni Council Member of the University of Tennessee Band.
