Beth Jarlock is the lead Principal for EY’s Healthcare Supply Chain Consulting practice. She has 27 years total experience helping health care, life science, oil and gas and government organizations transform their end-to-end supply chain operations. Whilst at EY she has worked with clients across the globe to transform their procurement and supply chain operations from a back office consideration to a Value driving component of their business with financially demonstrated results. Prior to consulting Beth enjoyed a long career in industry where she ran regional and international supply chains affording her the opportunity to first-hand modernize strategic sourcing, category management, third party risk management, inventory improvements and distribution/fulfillment portions of the supply chain. Beth is a degreed Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer and in pursuit of her Masters in Supply Chain Management Beth wrote her academic thesis on Negotiation Effectiveness Critical Success Factors.
Beth is a member of AHRMM (Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management), HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen's Association) and sits on the Louisiana State University College of Engineering Advisory Board. Beth received the 2016 Houston Business Journal Woman in Industry award for Innovation and was inducted in 2018 to the Woman of the Year Circle in the National Association of Professional Women. Beth is passionate about continuously innovating, learning and collaborating. After a decade of living in the Netherlands, Aberdeen, Kuala Lumpur, London, and Dubai Beth returned to her Louisiana / Texas roots, got married mid-pandemic and the Jarlocks now live in the Texas Hill Country right outside of Austin.
