Louisa Waldman is a regional vice president for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized staffing firm. In her role, she oversees operations in the company’s Oregon offices, including Portland, Eugene, and Beaverton, as well as Boise, Idaho. Louisa oversees four of Robert Half’s specialized divisions: Accountemps, OfficeTeam, Robert Half Management Resources and Robert Half Finance and Accounting.
Louisa joined the company in 1999 and has since held roles of increasing responsibility since that time. She has 22 years of staffing industry experience and has been recognized with numerous company awards for her professional accomplishments.
Louisa holds a B.S. from West Virginia University and is an active member of the local business community. She is part of the Go Red Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association, on the Advisory Board for Dress for Success Oregon and a member of Ninety-nine Girlfriends, an Oregon-based women’s organization that supports fundraising for a number of community groups.
