Nicole Mouskondis is the Co-CEO and a Board director of Nicholas and Company, a third-generation, family-owned-and-operated broadline foodservice distribution company in the Intermountain West. Nicole is deeply involved in community and board service having served on the boards of the March of Dimes, Ballet West, the National Charity League, and other charitable organizations. Nicole currently serves on the University of Utah NIL Crimson Collective Board & the David Eccles School of Business Board, the UMFA, the Intermountain Health Foundation Board & the Intermountain Health Desert Region Board. She is a former member of the US National Gymnastics Team and University of Utah Gymnastics Team. Nicole received a B.S. in Behavioral Science & Health from the University of Utah and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership from Seton Hall University.
