Suzi’s background consists of 20 years of experience with expertise in: management of human resources, compliance with multiple state employment requirements, coordination of mergers & acquisitions, resolution of complex employee relations issues, and development of leadership development programs.
Since 2002, Suzi has provided HR consultation to a large number of Xenium clients in varying industries including manufacturing, non-profit, retail, technology and professional services. She is recognized for her direct communication style and ability to balance the business needs of the client while providing practical guidance concerning employer obligations.
Suzi oversees Xenium’s professional development programs focused around compliance, organizational performance and leadership effectiveness. In addition to curriculum development and facilitation, she provides individual leadership coaching and partners with local organizations to produce seminars attracting Northwest business owners, managers and human resource professionals.
Suzi is a member of Xenium’s Senior Leadership team, serving as a technical resource for strategy, marketing and product development.
Suzi earned her B.A. in Psychology from University of Oregon, possesses SPHR and SCP human resource certifications and is a certified coach for DISC and Social & Emotional Intelligence. She continues to develop herself professionally through reading, research and positive psychology coursework.
