Prior to joining Pearson Partners in 2013, Heather was regional vice president for eight years at Robert Half Management Resources, where she managed a $35M business covering Texas and Colorado with 45 employees and 11 offices. She formed 2 new practice groups, a CFO group and Human Resources that generated over $4M in business. Heather was ranked twice as a top recruiter and twice as a Top Divisional Manager Worldwide.
Heather began her career in management consulting with Fiserv, specializing in process improvement and change management for the banking industry. After Fiserv, Heather excelled in business development management roles for leading financial services companies such as Citibank, American Express and US Bank, where she consulted on spend management, payment automation and treasury management solutions. Heather was ranked in the Top 10% Business Development Managers at American Express.
Heather serves as a panelist for the Dallas Chapters of Financial Executives International, addressing the topics of helping Chief Financial Officers in the areas of career progress and working for a sponsored backed company.
Heather serves on the International Dyslexic Association (Dallas) as a board member. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Texas. She is a certified Birkman Consultant. She and her husband live with Dallas with her 2 children.
