David Tarlow has managed the West Region Commercial Banking Treasury Center of Excellence for the past year. David has 16 years of banking experience with significant time dedicated to cash management sales and product development. He has worked with middle market, government, and not-for-profit clients encompassing a variety of industries. For the past 9 years, David has focused on developing middle market relationships in the Southwest and California. David earned his Master of Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
