Katie brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience focusing on lease transactions, acquisition/disposition services and advisory for corporate clients. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Katie was a member of the highest production brokerage team in Florida at Trammell Crow Company. Over her tenure there, Katie negotiated and closed transactions in Tampa and across the country. Prior to TCC, she was a commercial real estate appraiser.
