Barbara Ard specializes in advising fast-growing private and public companies on accounting and transaction services matters. She has more than 25 years of experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, M&A, IPO readiness, and corporate governance. Barbara has led a number of MorganFranklin clients through successful IPOs and M&A transactions since joining the firm in 2013.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Barbara served as a Senior Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at FTI Consulting and as a Partner at Deloitte. She also served as CFO of ServiceBench, a venture-backed software company.
