Suzanne oversees Robert Half’s Managed Business Services practice for the Western U.S. In her role, Suzanne leads her team on business and professional development, and she supports Robert Half’s staffing lines of business and the specialty practices areas of Protiviti, a global consulting firm and Robert Half subsidiary.
Suzanne joined Robert Half 12 years ago after serving as a CFO in the hospitality industry and, before that, a vice president in the financial services industry. Prior to her current role, she was an award-winning leader of the Robert Half Management Resources division in San Francisco, recognized within the top 10% performers companywide.
Major Projects:
•Led the Robert Half San Francisco Management Resources division from $5M in revenue to over $10M in less than 3 years.
•Through Managed Business Services (MBS) assisted a high growth late stage start up company develop finance, accounting, and operations infrastructure –complete transformation substantially reducing costs and turnover.
•Large Healthcare company experienced a cyber ransomware attack shutting down payroll processing for over 50K employees – we assembled a team to remediate over 20,000 outstanding payroll grievance tickets and facilitated the transition to get payroll back on-line quickly and efficiently.
•With a large focus on the Healthcare industry, assisted clients through many corporate initiatives by recruiting and placing exceptional talent in the areas of finance, accounting, audit, compliance, and project Management.
