Lincoln Terzian is an international tax partner based in the New York City (Midtown) office and serves as the Northeast Region International Tax Practice Leader. Terzian has 18 years of experience advising some of the largest multi-national clients in the Northeast on numerous cross-border transactions and multi-country tax planning opportunities, including inbound investment into the United States. Previously, he was the New England & Upstate New York international tax practice leader at KPMG based in KPMG’s Boston office and prior to that role he spent 12 years in KPMG’s New York City based international tax practice.
