Doug is a Partner and the Deputy Tax Practice Leader for the Metro New York & New England Territory. Doug has over 30 years of experience in advising domestic and multinational organizations. He has provided tax services to a diverse group of publicly held and privately owned companies in many industries including technology, consumer products, distribution, manufacturing and professional services.
Doug has extensive experience in analyzing a broad range of tax, technical and process issues for clients. He advises companies on how to structure business transactions for maximum tax savings in the areas of state and local taxation, mergers and acquisitions, tax technology systems, transfer pricing and all aspects of international taxation.
