Dana’s broad business background in retail finance, company and franchise operations, marketing, and strategic planning provides the hands-on knowledge necessary for a sound decision. Prior to joining FranNet, Dana served as Director of Finance for Retail Operations for Panera Bread during a period of rapid growth and record profitability. Dana also spent several years with the Wendy’s Company in finance and marketing roles supporting and advising both company and franchise operators. Dana has also spent time as a Franchise Business Consultant working directly with franchise owners to improve their businesses.
