Mark W. Sickles, described by Financial Times's Agenda as an allocation hardliner, is an inventor, interdisciplinary pioneer, organizational architect, and driving force behind the Total Capital Management™ Movement. He is CEO of value creation firm SuperOrg™, Inc., and Chairman of the Chief Capital Officer Institute.
Using the SuperOrg methodology, now the Digital Total Capital Management Toolkit, Mark created billions of dollars of shareholder value as a senior executive and management consultant to corporate leaders for multiple firms in multiple industry sectors. He has extensive leadership experience in corporate governance and board director education serving as the Founding CEO, Chairman, and Chairman Emeritus of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Chairman of the MENA Region Corporate Governance Congress, and Strategic Governance Fellow at the Governance & Accountability Institute. Mark also served as an instructor at Rutgers University, Singapore Institute of Management, AT&T, and the American Management Association. He has served as a CEO mentor for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and Pacific Community Ventures and recently served as the Lenna Visiting Professor at St. Bonaventure University. In partnership with Financial Executives International, Mark is increasing the supply of Total Capital Management professionals to meet the growing demand for these interdisciplinary leaders in the Total Capital Management Movement.
Mark authored three books: Shareholder Value Assurance, Strategic Governance, and The SuperOrg Way. He is widely published in journals including Directors Monthly, Directors & Boards, Investor Relations Update, Financier Worldwide, Financial Executives International, and Human Resource Executive while being a contributor to the Financial Times.
Mark is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a M.S. degree from Rutgers, has successfully completed the Series 7 General Securities Representative Examination, and is a licensed insurance agent.
