Jorge is a multinational finance executive with over 35 years of experience. He worked for several years at large FMCG’s like Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee, Kellogg’s, Avery Dennison, and Diageo before moving into the IT world in 2016 as CFO for Agile Thought, which he helped make public in 2021. Most recently Jorge joined Dallas-based Improving as its CFO, where he supports the accelerated expansion strategy of the company, as well as its public-readiness efforts.
Jorge holds a BBA degree from ITAM in Mexico City, and MBA from EU-Barcelona, and an Executive Program Diploma from MIT.
