Hank is the Chief Financial Officer of Cypher Learning, Inc. He has over 30 years of broad-based global finance and operational experience in both small and industry leading large companies. Hank has been part of some amazing teams which have led to some great outcomes, including an $573M IPO, two multi-billion Private Equity led buyouts, one PE led take-private transaction and numerous successful strategic acquisitions.
Prior to Cypher Learning, Hank served as Chief Financial Officer in Palette Life Sciences that was formed via the spin-out of medical applications from Nestle Skin Health, Intelsat (IPO on NYSE), Nextel Communication (sold to Sprint), and Shearson Lehman Brothers where he worked in capital markets.
