Matt has more than 20 years of experience serving clients in various industries, with a concentration on supply chain management. Utilizing his background as a Six Sigma Green Belt and certification in Theory of Constraints, he has led projects throughout the supply chain continuum, including supply chain network optimization and network design, inventory reduction and optimization, Sales & Operations Planning process improvement, in-plant material flow optimization and operational improvements, process improvement in procurement and planning, and third-party logistics partner management. Matt has utilized his knowledge to successfully lead multiple lean initiatives and process improvement projects across a variety of industries including medical device and healthcare, high-volume automotive production, food and beverage, military vehicle and construction equipment manufacturing, footwear and apparel, and low-volume niche manufacturing. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in logistics management from Central Michigan University and received his master’s degree from Wayne State University.
