John Kent is a Special Agent in the Los Angeles Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. John investigates national security matters that include nation-state and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) intrusions as well as counterintelligence and counter-proliferation matters. Prior to joining the FBI Kent was an Army officer and founding product manager at venture-backed cybersecurity company in Silicon Valley. He graduated with a BA in Government from Cornell University and received his MBA from London Business School.
