Jasmeet S. Marwah is a Director in the Valuation Advisory group. He has more than 10 years of experience providing valuation analysis for clients globally for financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and tax restructuring purposes under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and Indian GAAP. His experience includes corporate finance advisory, business and equity valuations, valuation of intangible assets, portfolio valuations, and business plan reviews.
Mr. Marwah has served public and private enterprises in a broad range of industries, including automotive, software and technology, diversified industrials and manufacturing, plastics and packaging, and waste management (hauling and landfill operations). As part of StoutÃs Detroit team, he has developed technical expertise with respect to traditional platform and automotive technologies as well as analyzing and valuing the innovative software solutions that support in-car connectivity, active control systems, and autonomous driving technology.
Prior to joining Stout, Mr. Marwah worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers' valuation and strategy team in New Delhi, India and Ernst & Young's valuation and business modelling team in Manhattan, New York.
