Marty is a 1989 graduate of Duquesne University and holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. He continues to be active on Duquesne’s Accounting Advisory Board and the School of Business Alumni Association. Marty is currently director, key account executive in the Pittsburgh office of Grant Thornton LLP. He is responsible for building on and strengthening the Grant Thornton presence and relationships with clients and prospects to support our revenue growth strategies in this market. Marty started his career with J.J. Bosley, CPA and then moved into internal audit with PNC Bank and Integra Financial Corporation. In 1995 he moved into the staffing industry with Source Services Corporation and in 1999 had the opportunity to be part of the team to launch the Pittsburgh Office of Resources Global Professionals (RGP). During his 14 years at RGP he served as recruiting manager, director of client service and then managing director for the Pittsburgh Office. Marty then accepted the position of Vice President/Engagement Manager at O’Connor O’Connor Lordi, Ltd. a fully retained executive search firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. Marty lives in South Fayette Township with his wife Laura and their four children, Mitchell, Alec, Rachel and Mason.
