Jerry Wiley is the KPMG tax practice leader for the Indianapolis and Louisville marketplaces with over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to joining KPMG, he held roles in Big Four accounting firms that include significant client service, subject matter expertise and on-the-ground international experience. Jerry serves clients with a focus on the manufacturing, consumer business, and technology industries. He has significant experience with US domestic and international income tax planning. Jerry has focused on domestic and cross-border income tax planning, business model optimization, globalaccounting for income taxes and US domestic multistate tax planning. In addition, Jerry has served as subject matter leader in the area of accounting for income taxes. In this role, he has served as a national resource for companies with global tax reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS. Jerry’s areas of expertise include global financial reporting of income taxes, global tax provision process implementation and US GAAP financial statement disclosure requirements.
