Wendy Sancewich

Wendy is a partner with more than 25 years of public accounting experience. She oversees audits of companies with annual revenues of $200 million to $2 billion. Wendy’s practice focuses on providing audit and consulting services to clients in industrial and consumer products (manufacturing and distribution), and professional services companies. Wendy is actively involved with clients that have global operations and that are active in the mergers and acquisitions market.

Wendy is the Pacific Northwest Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion leader, and is passionate about promoting a culturally diverse and inclusive environment. Wendy is a member of the firm’s National Industrial and Consumer Products Industry Leadership team and is a frequent speaker on topics relevant to the industry. She has been an instructor for RSM’s internal training programs for the last several years and also has an active role in the firm’s recruiting and on-boarding program for new employees. Wendy is active in campus recruiting efforts for onboarding new talent across the Pacific Northwest and is the RSM campus champion for the University of Washington, Foster School of Business.

Wendy is involved in private equity company portfolio company engagements; she works with ESOP owned companies and is a subject-matter expert in foreign currency matters. Wendy is also responsible for overseeing audits of employee benefit plans in accordance with ERISA; including defined contribution plans and employee stock ownership plans.
