Brendan McKenna is an associate and currency strategist with Wells Fargo Securities. Based in New York, he provides daily and monthly commentary on foreign exchange markets and global macroeconomic developments through several Wells Fargo publications. Before joining Wells Fargo, he worked as a macro strategist for Citigroup in New York, where he was responsible for identifying thematic macroeconomic trends as well as analyzing individual economies with a particular focus on emerging markets. Brendan graduated from Fairfi eld University with a B.S. in fi nance, and is currently pursuing his M.B.A from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
