Justin P. Webb is an attorney in Godfrey & Kahn’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity and Technology & Digital Business practice groups. His work includes advising clients on preventing and responding to data breaches, cybersecurity, privacy, software and technology agreements, and emerging technologies. Justin holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (“CIPP/US”) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. After law school, Justin served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable J.P. Stadtmueller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Before his legal career, Justin was the Information Security Officer for a national university where he was responsible for all aspects of the university’s cybersecurity, including intrusion detection and prevention, incident response, forensics, and ethical hacking.
