Kevin T. McBride is a Senior Vice President of Finance and serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at ServiceNow. He is responsible for global accounting and financial reporting, financial services and operations including order to cash, accounts payable, global payroll and travel, sales commissions and development and continuous improvement for financial systems and processes. He has expertise in accounting and finance, risk management and controls, operations, and financial data management and systems.
Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2021, McBride served as Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Intel from 2016 to 2021. Initially hired at Intel in 2000, McBride led accounting policy, external reporting, treasury accounting, mergers and acquisitions accounting, and global accounting and financial services organizations.
McBride is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s Emerging Issue Task Force. He also served as national board chair of Financial Executives International (FEI), vice chair on FEI’s committee on corporate reporting, and member of the Center for Audit Quality’s SEC Regulations Committee and FEI’s Committee on Finance and Information Technology. He served a twoyear fellowship with the FASB from 2003 to 2005, where he was responsible for researching and resolving emerging practice problems. He began his career in 1993 at KPMG.
McBride holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Oregon State University and has been a certified public accountant in the state of Oregon since 1996.
