Mr. Paxton joined NGP in 2013. He oversees the preparation and analysis of NGP’s valuation deliverables, maintains the firm’s valuation policy and supports investor and financial reporting.
Prior to joining NGP, Mr. Paxton was a Director in the Energy & Mining Valuation Advisory practice of Duff & Phelps, a diversified financial advisory firm. While at Duff & Phelps, he assisted Fortune 500, private equity and government clients with the preparation of energy-related company and asset valuations for financial and tax reporting, portfolio valuation, transaction opinions and dispute resolution.
Mr. Paxton is a CFA Charterholder and received his B.B.A. through the Honor’s Program in Management in 2003 from Texas Tech University and an M.B.A in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas.
