John Lisi joined the RSM Tampa office in August of 2015 as tax partner. He brings 22 years of providing complex tax expertise in both the public and private industry. His experience spans across multiple industries including private equity, financial and insurance services, and technology among others.
John most recently served as the Chief Tax and Treasury Officer at Cunningham Lindsey, an insurance services private equity portfolio company majority owned by CVC Capital Partners. Prior to joining Cunningham Lindsey, John spent several years working at Intersil, formerly Harris Semiconductor, and Deloitte LLP where he served middle market companies across the Central Florida corridor.
John has extensive international, mergers and acquisitions, and global tax provision experience across a multitude of industries. He was an active member on the USA International Tax Committee at the Tax Executive Institute (TEI) for over 10 years prior to joining RSM.
