Molly North is a driven executive who some might say is obsessed with getting things done. As CEO, Molly leads the strategic direction of employee-owned Al. Neyer, a commercial real estate developer and design-builder headquartered in Cincinnati. Molly credits the success of Al. Neyer’s projects and in the communities it serves. Molly joined Al. Neyer in 2007 as a real estate development manager and later served as its CFO before being promoted to CEO in 2015. Molly was appointed as a director to the board of INDUS Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT, in 2020. Prior to Al. Neyer, Molly spent several years in various sales, finance, and accounting roles at Fifth Third Bank as well as at Ernst & Young in its Cincinnati and Zurich offices.
