Kevin Brown is a Senior Audit Manager based out of KPMG’s Indianapolis office. During his tenure at KPMG he has served clients in the Real Estate, Retail, Technology and Manufacturing industries. Kevin has an extensive background in serving both SEC registered and privately held companies. His experience in the field has allowed him to develop a knowledge base on best practices on the design and operation of efficient accounting processes and financial reporting. Kevin has helped clients navigate through large transactions including financing events, business combinations, property acquisitions/dispositions, and joint ventures. Kevin is a member of KPMG’s TREE network, which is a group of individuals trained in ESG subject matter for purpose of educating and information clients on their ESG reporting journey, with a focus on the newly proposed SEC regulations. In addition to serving clients at KPMG, Kevin also sits on the board of Foster Success, a local non-profit organization which serves youth in Indiana who have experienced foster care.
