Amanda is a senior manager in the mergers and acquisitions tax practice, providing tax due diligence and advisory services to private equity investors, corporate acquirers and lenders. Since 2014, she has focused on buy- and sell-side transaction services, working with private equity firms acquiring platform companies, assisting strategic buyers with add-on acquisitions, internal reorganizations, sell-side transactions including carve-outs, and other corporate transactions. Amanda’s areas of knowledge include tax due diligence, tax-free reorganizations, transaction tax disclosures, carve-outs and add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining RSM in 2020, Amanda worked in the mergers and acquisitions tax practice for a Big Four group in New York.
