Nate Paul is the Founder, President and CEO of World Class. As World Class's President and CEO, Mr. Paul directs the firm's investment strategy. Since 2007, he has overseen more than 100 completed transactions in building the company's diverse portfolio of business and real estate assets. During that time, World Class Capital Group, the firm's real estate investment business, has managed capital for hundreds of limited partners, including public and private pension plans, financial institutions, foundations, insurance companies, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
Mr. Paul has been a featured speaker on the topics of entrepreneurship, real estate, private equity, and investment management. He has been recognized by Forbes Magazine in their "30 under 30" list, and by Real Estate Forum Magazine on the "Fifty under 40" list of top real estate professionals. He attended the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
