Hannah Bowles

Hannah Bowles is a Consulting Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Total Workplace practice in the West Region. Hannah has 6+ years experience in the commercial real estate industry, where she has been directly involved in the end-to-end real estate cycle (Transactions, Constructions, Maintenance).  She has specialized experience in in PMO (Project Management Operations), client relationship management, and the finding strategic alignment between real estate and operations for both corporate owners and occupiers. Currently, she is responsible for business development and management of portfolio optimization, labor analytics, and workplace analysis projects from the initiation through completion. Hannah works to develop partnerships with clients and to improve a client’s brand experience with solutions that drive culture and integrate people, place and technology while supporting their real estate objectives. The Total Workplace team at Cushman & Wakefield creates client success by providing Labor Analytics, Locations Strategy, HQ Consulting, Change Management, Portfolio Intelligence, and Workplace Strategy for office, industrial and retail clients.

 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Hannah served as a Senior Program Manager with CBRE.  During her time at CBRE, she supported strategy teams in the transactions, project management, and facilities management service lines. Hannah developed and managed client data analytics programs, transforming static reports into data visualizations.  In addition, she oversaw client technology transitions, responsible for design, process development, and data integrity.

 

Before joining CBRE, Hannah worked in the economic development field with research positions at Georgia Department of Economic Development, Partnership Gwinnett, and the Atlanta Regional Commission.
