Lindsey is a JD and CPA who has extensive experience in federal and state tax credits and other incentives. She has a combined 20 years of accounting and legal experience, with over 12 years focused on Research Credit engagements across a variety of industries.
Prior to entering the tax world, Lindsey spent several years as an auditor with PwC and Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). After graduating from law school, she practiced business transactional law at a southwest suburban law firm, followed by federal tax consulting with Deloitte and KPMG.
Lindsey also has experience with IRC §174/59(e), lobbying expense deduction, WOTC, and accounting methods.
