As the Director of Apex Academy, Toni coordinates training and professional development services for Apex Benefit’s staff. She also serves as a Senior Account Executive, where she helps employers use financial and health data to better understand their benefit plan and the ways it can support their corporate strategic fiscal, recruiting and retention goals. She especially enjoys educating employers and their members about their benefit plans and the ways they can get the greatest value from their investment.
Toni joined Apex Benefits in 2004 after four prior years in the individual life insurance and group disability field. During her time at Apex Benefits, she has had increasing responsibilities in client-facing service roles including as the subject matter expert on ComplianceDashboard.
Toni lives in rural Morgan County with her husband, her elementary age son and the family’s Yorkie-Poo. She enjoys travel, photography, and reading and is able to combine all three frequently while visiting the nation’s Civil War Battlefields.
