Clint is an Audit Managing Director from the KPMG Indianapolis office. He began his career with KPMG in the Chicago office, spending nearly three years providing audit and assurance services to the largest client in the Midwest. He is currently in his 15th year with KPMG and his 12th year with KPMG Indianapolis. He has experience providing financial statement audit services, audits of internal control and other assurance and accounting advisory services related to specific client needs.
Clint has supervised the audits of numerous public and privately held companies primarily in the technology, consumer/retail and industrial markets. He has considerable engagement experience with a wide range of clients, such as SEC large accelerated filers, PE portfolio
