Patrick has over 17 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Throughout his career he has excelled at building and leading sales and recruitment teams across the country. He has been recognized multiple times as a top performer based on the performance of the territory for which he was responsible. Patrick is a results-oriented individual who leads by example and strives to always be accessible to his team. He has a passion for recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales professionals, as well as new leaders. Patrick earned his Master's degree from Robert Morris University, and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Richmond.
