Eric is highly skilled in data and financial analysis with a proven track record of success in complex disputes. He has a deep understanding of using technology to drive results and is proficient in using numerous data analysis tools. Eric participated in a royalty audit as a part of a lawsuit between a world-famous artist and a large and well-known music licensing company. This required analyzing raw streaming platform data sets, comparing them to the licensing company’s statements, and rebutting claims made by a competing consulting firm.
Recently, Eric participated in a complex economic damage calculation for a medical practice in which the founding member was expelled from his practice by two junior partners, who falsely accused him of performing unindicated surgeries. Working closely with counsel, we developed our damage model, which was ultimately testified to in front of a jury by RSM partner Maryellen Sebold. The jury returned a verdict in favor of our client and was awarded $5.2m in compensatory damages and found not liable on all crossclaims brought by the other partners.
