John Grzybowski is an independent consultant who most recently served from 2014-2019 as CFO of Santa Rosa Consulting and Fortified Health Security based in Franklin, TN. Santa Rosa is a national Health Care IT Solutions company, while sister company Fortified is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions to the health care industry. Mr. Grzybowski has 20+ years’ experience working with PE sponsored entities in C-Suite and Senior VP Positions, participating in 3 successful PE-backed divestitures in the Consumer Product and Healthcare spaces for multiple PE sponsors.
Mr. Grzybowski began his career with EJ/Georgia Durango Boot in 1986 as a Staff Accountant and held various Positions including CFO upon its divestiture in 2005 to Rocky Boot. From 2006-2009 he served as President/COO of The Little Clinic where the company grew from 6 to 95 clinics prior to its sale to Kroger. In 2010 he joined Simplicity Creative Group to assist the management team in streamlining operations which culminated in the divestiture to Wilton Industries in 2013.
Mr. Grzybowski graduated from SUNY Binghamton School of Management with a BA in Accounting and completed an Executive Financial Management Program at Wharton. He has been active in FEI since 1998 with various leadership roles including President of the Nashville Chapter.
