Responsibilities
Rob is responsible for the overall Aon Greater Wisconsin operation which contemplates Aon’s operations in the areas of Risk, Health, Wealth, & Human Capital. In this role, he works with key leaders to develop and execute short and long-term strategic plans to ensure Aon is effectively delivering solutions to clients in Wisconsin. He also serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the Greater Chicago Region of Aon.
In addition, Rob continues to serve as an Account Executive for large, multi-national clients predominantly in the manufacturing and hospitality/entertainment sectors as well as an Executive Client Contact for clients in a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, financial institutions, construction, and food, agriculture, & beverage sectors.
Experience
Rob has been an Aon colleague since 1995 and has served in many roles throughout his tenure. Originally starting in an early career development role, Rob began working with clients in a foundational client service role. As his career progressed, he took on additional responsibilities including an Account Executive, Account Executive Leader, Practice Leader, and assumed the Market Leader role in 2014. Throughout this entire timeframe, Rob has continued to maintain a direct client facing role, acting as a “player coach”.
Expertise
Robert’s expertise includes spans across all areas of Risk Management & Insurance including Risk Control & Risk Financing. He also has served as an Adjunct Professor, MBA 622 (Principles of Risk Management & Insurance) at Concordia University.
