Caye Hursey has been in senior treasury positions in Silicon Valley for over 20 years. Her expertise is international finance and risk for companies such as Varian, The Gap, KLA-Tencor and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). She was a member of the Finance Committee for the Board of Directors at AMD. Throughout her career, her emphasis has been cash flow management with an emphasis streamlining processes and automation. Internationally, she has negotiated loan agreements in Germany with 16 banks to build a $3 Billion state of the art semiconductor plant. Currently she is a treasury consultant to companies.
