Jeffrey Krasner

Jeffrey Krasner is a fintech executive and Treasurer with over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Brokerage industries, specializing in funding and liquidity, financial systems, cash, investment and capital management.
 
He is currently VP of Product Development at Matrix Applications LLC, a provider of fixed income trading software.
 
Before Matrix, Mr. Krasner was the Global Treasurer at KCG Holdings, a publicly-traded fintech market-making firm. There, he led all funding, liquidity and capital management, and ran the Treasury Management System.
 
Prior to KCG, Mr. Krasner was a Managing Director at Amherst Pierpont Securities, where he was Treasurer of the broker/dealer, and ran a repo matched book . Before Amherst, Mr. Krasner was a Managing Director at Gleacher & Co, where he was CFO of the Rates business, and also ran a repo matched book. In both firms, he built businesses and infrastructure from the ground up, including systems implementations.
 
Earlier in his career, Mr. Krasner ran a $25 Billion Liquidity Portfolio and issued Long-Term debt as a Treasury Director  at Merrill Lynch, was a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis in the Treasury department at Lehman Brothers, and worked for J.P. Morgan in Treasury short-term funding and Treasury finance.
 
Mr. Krasner graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Accounting, and from New York University with an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics. He is a Certified Management Accountant, and holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 registrations from FINRA.
