Amy Cromer

After 20 years in public education, Amy Cromer transitioned to the banking industry as a Learning and Development professional.  Amy believes that continuous learning is the primary catalyst for both personal growth and professional development. She has spent her career designing and implementing instruction in a variety of settings for learners of all ages with varied backgrounds.  Regardless of the setting, or the age or background of the learner she strives to deliver relevant, effective, and engaging instructional experiences.  Contributing to the growth and development of others through instruction is among her greatest accomplishments.  Amy and her husband live in Knoxville and are just beginning to enjoy adventures as “empty nesters”.
