He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and world business from the University of Tennessee and has more than 15 years of financial, management and administrative experience.
Born in Oklahoma City, he moved to Knoxville when he was 5 years old. Karlo and his wife, Erika, have three children, Jax, Leo and Mila, and a golden doodle, Jett.
Karlo, an avid adventurer, enjoys soccer, traveling and trying new food and is an active member at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
