Kitty Aguilera is a Senior Director for JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services group (IPS) in the Western U.S. In this role, she is responsible for helping clients craft creative solutions that optimize real estate investment, enhance the employee experience and align real estate with the broader enterprise strategy. Kitty’s extensive knowledge of all services provided across the JLL platform allows clients to leverage our best resources to provide seamless real estate portfolio mangement.
Kitty has over 10 years of experience in corporate real estate transactions and strategic consulting. Previously at JLL, she held a dual role for our corporate client, HP Inc., acting as both Lead Global Transaction Manager and Global Coordinator of all Integrated Portfolio Services provided on account.
Before that, Kitty led the Northwest hub of JLL’s International Desk, an advisory role where she helped businesses successfully navigate the complexities of international real estate projects. Acting as a single point of contact for her US-based clients, she helped engage the best local resources for each unique assignment and ensured the smooth delivery of tranactions around the globe.
Prior to joining the iDesk, Kitty worked on the Tenant Representation team in Madrid, Spain where she managed in-depth search and acquisition projects, lease disposal and re-gear projects across key European markets.
Before joining JLL, Kitty held several challenging positions in the fields of legal and business consultancy. As a duly licensed attorney, she has practiced both US and Spanish law and has worked on international commercial transactions, land title disputes, corporate formation, and international immigration issues.
Kitty received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law. She is a member of the California Bar Association and the Bar Association of Madrid, Spain. She also holds her BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
