Mark is an accomplished Finance Executive with deep expertise in finance, accounting, strategy and M&A. He has a clear-track record of delivering results across a wide cross-section of industries including technology, manufacturing, financial services, transportation, agribusiness, and hospitality & entertainment. Mark’s specialties include corporate strategy, strategic finance, merger negotiation, deal management, due diligence, and business valuation.
Mark holds dual masters and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.
