Tim O’Connor is a senior vice president and the Transaction Liability National Practice Leader for our Executive & Professional Risk Solutions (EPS) practice. He is responsible for leading USI’s services for representations and warranties, tax liability and contingent liability coverages (transaction liability products). Tim is also a member of the EPS practice’s executive committee that leads and manages the national practice.
In addition to his management responsibilities, Tim serves our clients as a senior broker. He is responsible for the design, marketing, and brokering
of transaction liability program(s) for the USI client base. He has considerable experience in working together with our claims professionals in assisting our clients in resolving claim matters. Tim joined the company in 2004 and has 25+ years of experience in the transaction and management liability disciplines. He started his insurance career in 1988 as a broker with Alexander & Alexander's Financial Services Division and then spent 11 years working with Willis as a Senior Vice President in their Executive Risks Group.
Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance from Villanova University in 1988. He is a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker and frequent public speaker on transaction liability topics. Tim is a proud New Jersey native, who recently relocated to Philadelphia with his wife Suzanne and one of their two post-college age children.
