Linda Kramer

Linda Kramer is a Senior Director with JLL’s Occupancy Planning solutions team. Based in Northern California, the San Francisco Bay Area, Linda provides subject-matter expertise to prospective workplace and occupancy strategy engagements in the West Region. Linda enjoys working with clients to solve their most challenging space issues, defining space management programs, and promoting strategic occupancy planning delivery. 

Prior to her role as a solutions lead, Linda served as the West Regional Oversight Manager on the Americas Senior Leadership Team. Linda also served previously for JLL on-account as Senior Occupancy Planning lead for City National Bank, directly interfacing with bank executives, and leading occupancy planning best practice recommendations for real-estate decision-making.  

Linda’s experience prior to JLL was nearly a decade spent at two leading interior design firms in Los Angeles California. As a technical lead, her corporate interior design projects ranged from schematic space planning through construction and contract administration. She served as Job Captain at Shlemmer + Algaze + Associates in the Accounts & Sustainability practice, and Job Captain at Gensler in the Real Estate Owners & Managers studio, executing TI projects focused on aiding commercial real estate brokerage and landlord-driven project delivery. 

Linda earned an Master of Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Environmental Policy from the College of Environmental Design at California Polytechnic University, Pomona. Linda also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture from the College of Environmental Design at University of California, Berkeley, and was a member of Alpha Chi Omega, a national fraternity. 

Linda is a LEED Accredited Professional (GBCI#10369473), and licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson (non-practicing) in the State of California. In her free time, she volunteers within JLL as a Diversity and Inclusion leader, co-leading the Northwest Women’s Business Network, and for the Global Occupancy Planning platform. Linda also supports various local philanthropic organizations, volunteering with Marin Humane and Meals on Wheels.
